Hey everyone, so to give you a little background on me, I have been a day trader since 2018, things have been picking up for me over the past 2 years, and I wanted to diversify my funds, by putting it into something much safer, and easier to scale. I originally was looking into tax deeds and liens, I brought a course on that, but after finding out about section 8, and the strategies to basically get a house for free, I was fully in. My goal is to scale, I want to be at 10 properties before the end of the year, and 50 by the end of 2026.

I have been a property investor on a small scale for multiple years, I have been doing rent to rent, renting out properties on Airbnb. I was looking to get into purchasing and renting my own properties, as the rent to rent was a lot of work. When I first found out about section 8, I was hesitant due to the myths behind it, but after finding out the truth about these myths, I will never use a normal tenant again, only section 8. I am focused mainly the BRRR aspect, with 100% financing, currently I have 1 SFH, 1 duplex and 1 triplex under construction!

So unlike a lot of people in this membership, I had no real estate experiance at all, I went into this completely blind, no connections, no big funds, and no experiance, but with all that being said, none of that is needed, you are taught step by step in a video course exactly what to do. They have creative financing methods that way you can get into properties without having any funds, I used the credit stacking to fund the closing costs of the first BRRR, and I used the lender that they reccomended who lend on 100% of the purchase and refurb, so I got my first house without any of my own funds.
