Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Effective Date: November 30th, 2024

No Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a purchase is made, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges. This includes, but is not limited to, digital downloads, software, eBooks, online courses, and any other digital or electronic products.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

In certain exceptional cases, we may consider a refund or exchange. However, these cases are rare and are handled on a case-by-case basis. For example:

  • If there is an error with the transaction, such as a double charge or an issue caused by our system, we may resolve the issue by issuing a partial refund or credit.

Digital Product Access

Once a digital product is delivered to you (either by download or access through an online platform), you are granted immediate access to the product. Therefore, once you have received access or downloaded the product, refunds will not be granted.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are only accepted under exceptional circumstances, and they must be submitted to our support team within 24 hours of purchase. If a refund is granted, the amount refunded will be the purchase price minus any applicable transaction fees (e.g., payment processing fees).
